How To Manifest With Reiki

Manifesting with Reiki is so easy that it can feel like a superpower! Using this technique, I have been able to manifest within 24 to 72 hours all kinds of wonderful things - my favorite being a $10,000 cheque out of nowhere. I have come to realize that we are powerful creators, and once we understand how energy works, we can harness it to create the most incredible life. The only caveat to this process, is it is best to choose something that you can fully believe is possible for you. So, start small to build your confidence. For example, if you can't wrap your mind around what 70 million dollars would feel like, think smaller and go for $7,000. This is a deeply FEELING process and can help identify the blocks that are stopping you from creating the things you want in your life. So, if you have been trying to get that small business off the ground or find that love of your life, this process will help you see what is blocking you from achieving your goals and help heal them. 

1. Identify the "thing" you wish to manifest.

2. Activate Reiki and symbols (especially HF, CKR, KR & HSZSN) and allow Reiki to flow through you for several minutes.

3. Think of the "thing" you wish to manifest and send it Reiki for several minutes.

4. If you sense resistance of any kind (feelings of doubt, fear, undeserving etc.) send Reiki to them until you feel the feelings lift. (If there is considerable resistance this may be an entire healing exercise on its own).

5. As you are sending Reiki to your manifestation, imagine what it would LOOK and FEEL like to have it in your current reality RIGHT NOW and allow the feelings of joy, peace, excitement, freedom, and gratitude to come forward.

6. Continue to send Reiki to your manifestation, amplifying these emotions until you feel your entire heart, body, and energy field fully activated with the energy/emotions/belief of the manifestation being in your reality right now. Hold this activated state for at least 17 seconds and longer if you can.

7. At this point, you are emitting the same frequency of the manifestation and are in perfect alignment with it. The universal Law of Attraction is now in effect and will naturally draw the manifestation to you like a magnet.

8. Trust and be open to allowing the universe to effortlessly bring this manifestation to you and if you receive guidance and inspiration on physical steps you can take to make it happen, do them asap while you are fully activated and aligned with frequency of your manifestation.

9. Repeat process daily as inspired.

Please know that this may take some practice! This took years for me to fully figure out and you may need to tweak these steps so that it aligns more fully to you. For example, not all people find it easy to visualize so you will need to explore other ways to activate the feelings of having your desire fully manifested in your reality in the present moment.
