About Me
Hello and welcome! My name is Willow and I appreciate the chance to connect with you for a moment and share a bit of my story.
I was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, and raised between my family’s farms in the Shuswap and Fraser Valley. I am a third-generation complementary therapy practitioner. My grandmother, progressive beyond her time, wove acupressure and reflexology into her work as a nurse in hospitals caring for adults and children with physical and mental disabilities. My mother, a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner, introduced me to the world of energy healing at a very young age.
My journey with Reiki began at a time when I was navigating deep grief from both my parents passing from cancer by the time I turned 28, soul-level exhaustion, and anxiety that left me feeling powerless, unsupported, and disconnected.
My first Reiki class in 2014 was a Divine answer to prayer; the healing was immediate and profound. I had the incredible experience of being held by a Love so powerful that I remembered who I truly was; the visceral knowing that I am forever held in the loving arms of Creation. Always supported. Always guided. From that day forward, my quiet devotion to self-healing evolved into a calling to serve others and I opened my professional practice in 2016, offering Usui/Holy Fire® Reiki sessions and training.
I believe the Holy Fire energy holds limitless potential for liberation from the pain, emotional burdens, and trauma that can accumulate over lifetimes. This healing isn’t just personal. We are part of a humanity deeply connected to a sentient planet, a living spirit on her own evolutionary journey. Holy Fire® Reiki offers profound transformation, healing, and empowerment when invited into our lives. As we heal ourselves, we contribute to the healing of the Earth, creating more Peace, Love, and Harmony for all.

What’s It Like to Learn With Me?
I believe learning Reiki should feel supportive, grounded, and approachable. Whether you're completely new to Reiki or continuing your training, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring your own experience, and developing confidence at your own pace.
My classes combine comprehensive, practical instruction with plenty of hands-on practice, giving you a strong foundation while allowing your understanding of Reiki to develop naturally. I don't believe there is one "right" way to experience Reiki. Every student connects with the energy in their own way, and I encourage curiosity, discernment, and trust in your own experience rather than comparison.
Some students join my classes for personal healing and self-practice, while others hope to share Reiki with family, friends, clients, or eventually incorporate Reiki into their professional work. Wherever you're beginning, you'll receive the same thoughtful instruction, encouragement, and ongoing support.
I believe learning doesn't end when the class is over. Through the Soul Sanctuary, you'll continue to have opportunities to practice, ask questions, deepen your understanding, and stay connected with a supportive community as your Reiki practice continues to grow.

Certifications & Associations
I am an Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher and Practitioner, and a Professional Member of the Reiki Membership Association, upholding high standards of Reiki practice and a professional Code of Ethics.
I have over a decade of teaching experience and, as of 2026, am one of only two Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in Canada (Reiki Level 1 & 2) with the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT). I am currently completing advanced Licensed Reiki Master Teacher training through the ICRT, requiring an additional 1,000 hours of study and practice, and will take approximately three to four years to complete.
I believe that a good teacher never stops learning. I remain committed to continually deepening my knowledge, refining my skills, and growing in my own practice so I can better support my students and clients in their healing and development.
