Professional Reiki Education
One of only two Licensed Reiki Master Teachers in Canada through the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) with over a decade of teaching experience, I bring a high level of training, integrity, and commitment to Reiki education, honoring both its traditional foundations and continued evolution.

My Teaching Approach
My teaching is warm, grounded, and supportive. Through live instruction (online and in person), hands-on practice, intuitive development, and ongoing mentorship, I create a learning environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, exploring your connection with Reiki, and developing the confidence to work with the energy in a way that feels authentic, natural, and deeply meaningful.

Hello, I’m Willow Mainprize, I am a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (Reiki Levels 1 & 2) with the International Centre for Reiki Training (ICRT), an Usui/Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher and Practitioner, and a Professional Member of the Reiki Membership Association adhering to strict standards of the ICRT Reiki Practice and Reiki Code of Ethics.
